Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders over €149 within mainland France and over €249 within the European Union.

Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days. If an item is out of stock, please contact us at contact@simsjewelsparis.com to check availability.

We currently ship from the Paris region to France and EU countries (worldwide shipping will be available soon).

Deliveries within the EU are made on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning VAT is included in the price.

Orders are shipped and delivered within 3–5 business days in France from order confirmation, and approximately 7–10 business days for international orders.

In case of unexpected delays (weather conditions, strikes, force majeure, etc.), we will notify you as soon as possible.

If a parcel is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, additional shipping and handling fees may apply.
