Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange or return your jewelry, please contact us at: contact@simsjewelsparis.com.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

For exchanges or returns, only items that are unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition will be accepted, along with their original SIMSJEWELS PARIS packaging.

Initial shipping costs as well as return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (please include the reason for return, order number, and your personal details).

If customs fees are applied upon arrival of the parcel in France, these will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer remains responsible for the parcel until it is received by us.

We strongly recommend sending your return with a tracking number and signature upon delivery.

Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We take great care in the quality of our pieces. However, if you notice a defect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@simsjewelsparis.com, including photos of the product concerned. Each request will be carefully reviewed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.

Simsjewels Paris covers the shipping costs of replacement items only for orders delivered within mainland France.

For orders delivered outside mainland France, shipping costs for replacement items are the responsibility of the customer.
