Shipping policy

We offer free delivery to your address in mainland France for orders over €150, and within Europe (EU) for orders over €300.

Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days. If an item is out of stock, please contact us at contact@simsjewelsparis.com to check availability.

We currently ship from the Paris region to France and European Union countries (worldwide shipping will be available soon).

Deliveries within the EU are made under a “Delivery Duty Paid” (DDP) basis, meaning VAT is included in the price.

Orders are shipped and delivered within 3–5 business days in France from the date of order confirmation, and approximately 7–10 business days for international orders.

In the event of unexpected delays (weather conditions, strikes, force majeure, etc.), we will notify you as soon as possible.

If a parcel is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, additional shipping and handling fees may apply.
